Terms and Conditions
Please note that as an Internet based company the PRIMARY means
of contact is via email.
Sales information only via telephone on 01234 344311 (UK calls only)
(Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm).
Payment via PayPal or NOCHEX are the means of payment.
It is our policy only to ship to the VERIFIED card holder address,
this is normally done electronically in the event we can not do
so it will delay the order and may lead to a request to buy being
declined. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the data
given is correct with their bank records.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the payment's
process without problem, we accept no responsibility for delays
caused by payment problems..
We reserve the right to refuse to supply any goods, without explanation.
Cancellations
Any cancellation must be notified in writing / email to service
and must be confirmed by ourselves.
Any delivery query, whether shortage or wrong product, must be
notified in writing within 3 days of delivery.
All prices exclude delivery service and VAT.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. It is the responsibility
of the customer to ensure that what you are ordering is the correct
item.
Delivery
We have a standard UK shipment charge of £3.95 + VAT for all
orders up to a value of £30.
Orders above £30 will be shipped to UK mainland address's
free of charge using a delivery service which we feel most appropriate.
Export orders are shipped using a carrier of our choice at the
following rates:
Order value less than £250.00 - shipment charge £24.95
+ VAT
Order value between £250.00 and £1000.00 - shipment
charge £12.95 + VAT
Order value over £1000 - shipment is FREE of charge
Orders can be collected from our Kempston warehouse provided reasonable
notice is given.
Once an order has been accepted and processed the delivery type
cannot be changed and under no circumstances can the delivery address
be changed.
Its the responsibility of the customer to be available to receive
the goods, in the event of non delivery due to no-one being available
to sign / receive them the customer is liable for the return carriage
charges in additional to the delivery charges.
We reserve the right to change delivery method, within customer
selection, as required.
Were an item is delayed / lost by couriers or Royal Mail their
investigation must be completed before replacement can be shipped,
if applicable.
Delivery charges for non defective returns may not be refundable.
All prices exclude VAT. Any queries regarding outstanding deliveries
or any other outstanding matters
should be emailed as per contact page.
Returns
All returns for whatever reason must be authorised, if goods are
returned without authorisation they will be refused.
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months (unless otherwise stated)
from date of purchase, for defects in manufacture / materials.
General guidelines
Please remember when you sign for the goods to check that the
packaging is intact and sealed / unopened.
